Eastbourne Bulgarian Bag Class is one of the MOST effective and challenging workouts available today.

By their nature, bag workouts are incredibly intense, fun and different to any exercise class you will have tried before.
They combine a blend of dynamic, high repetition, high speed power moves that target the entire body to deliver a killer combination of benefits including:-
- Rapid elevation of metabolic rate for increased fat burning at rest.
- Increased muscle tone, endurance, power and strength.
- Increased strength of connective tissue and ligaments.
- Rapid increase in cardiovascular fitness and stamina.

The classes are run as 4 week blocks of 1 session per week.
The sessions cater for men and women of all ages, fitness and ability levels. All equipment is supplied and places are limited to 12 to ensure that each class member receives a high level of instruction, encouragement and motivation.
All sessions are designed by Matt Shore, one of the leading Bulgarian Bag specialists in the UK. Matt has a vast amount of experience which he uses to deliver workouts that are totally unique and will challenge both physical and mental capabilities alike.
