Eastbourne Boot Camp Cancellation Policy
The following information contains details about the Eastbourne Boot Camp Cancellation Policy.
Payments
All payments for boot camp sessions MUST be made in advance to guarantee your place.
When you enrol on Eastbourne Boot camp you are committing to a 4 week program of exercise sessions and supplementary support.
A pay as you go option is available at £8 per session. Your place is NOT guaranteed until payment is made.
Cancelling Your Boot Camp Block
Should you need to cancel your place on Eastbourne Boot Camp prior to the start of a new 4 week block please provide 72 hours notice. In this instance we will issue a FULL refund.
Should you need to cancel your place prior to the start of your first session and provide less than 72 hours notice a cancellation fee of £25 will be charged and the rest of your money refunded.
Should you need to cancel your place once a boot camp block has started NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
Cancellation of individual Boot Camp sessions.
Should you need to cancel an individual pre-paid boot camp session please provide at least 24 hours notice.
In the event of 24 hours notice being provided we will endeavour to re-allocate you a space on an alternative class, space permitting.
In the event of a cancellation of a pre-paid session WITHIN 24 hours of the session start time the session will remain and no refund issued unless under EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES beyond your control.
Cannot attend all booked days?
When booking your place on an Eastbourne Boot Camp 4 week block, if you know you cannot attend all sessions please let us know 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
In these circumstances you will be allocated an alternative session date and time, space permitting.
