Eastbourne Boot Camp

Each session is structured so that everyone’s fitness levels and abilities are taken into account.

Your trainer will guide, teach and motivate you to perform to your full potential; building on strengths and helping you work on weaknesses.

All sessions will be challenging yet enjoyable - designed to deliver MAXIMUM results. You will experience exercises, techniques and equipment you may not have tried before, including KETTLEBELLS and BATTLING ROPES!

Places are limited to 14 to ensure that all boot campers receive sufficient support and encouragement while at the same time fostering a sense of togetherness which can in itself be very motivating.
