Eastbourne Boot Camp runs outdoor based fitness programs for groups of up to 16 people. The sessions cater for men and women of all ages, fitness levels, shapes and sizes.

The Aim of the Boot Camp

Each session is structured so that everyone’s fitness levels and abilities are taken into account. Eastbourne Boot Camp

Your trainer will guide, teach and motivate you to perform to your full potential; building on strengths and helping you work on weaknesses.

All sessions will be challenging yet enjoyable - designed to deliver MAXIMUM results. You will experience exercises, techniques and equipment you may not have tried before, including KETTLEBELLS and BATTLING ROPES!

Places are limited to 16 to ensure that all boot campers receive sufficient support and encouragement while at the same time fostering a sense of togetherness which can in itself be very motivating.

Matt has consistently introduced new challenges to ensure we continue to improve; the battling ropes, Tyre lifts and Farmers walks have been challenging but fun and bring a new dimension to working out. Matt always takes the time to go through technique and spends time one on one to ensure we are all carrying out the sets correctly to maximise the benefits which is really helpful, especially if you are a new to Kettlebells!
