How to lose weight?

It’s a question I always get asked as an experienced total fitness professional.

Is there any wonder there is so much confusion though?

The diet industry is seriously BIG business, what with celebrity diets, books, weight loss groups, TV programs, exercise DVD’s, magazines and supplement companies all looking to take your hard earned cash while you pursue a leaner, more healthy body...

It's not easy trying to make sense of it all and seperate the wheat from the chaff is it?

In fact, for many, it can be a real headache.

Worry no further as help is at hand! I promise to provide you, the reader, with the very best of my own knowledge and experience.

The fact of the matter is that weight loss, and more specifically fat loss, is relatively simple - provided you know HOW to go about it!

I have been helping people to lose weight for over 10 years working within the health and fitness industry, and have assisted clients from the obese to top level athletes looking to get ripped!

Throughout this time I have searched, learned and employed the use of many strategies and techniques to make the fat loss process as fast and effective as possible, while delivering amazing results and promoting good health.

Fortunately, some time ago now, a good friend of mine put me onto what can only be considered as the MOST complete resource available to anyone wanting to learn how to lose weight and keep it off while promoting optimal health.

The resource to which I refer is Tom Venuto's Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle e book.

I personally base my own approach on the fundamental principles that Tom presents for all of my clients who want to lose weight, look great and feel fantastic!
