Through my online fitness service, I will produce very effective workouts based on the equipment that you have available that are safe and take into account your ultimate goals, abilities, likes and dislikes.

Want to train at home, but don’t have any equipment?

No problem!

I know of literally thousands of exercises that can help you, regardless of circumstance! All programs issued by me are progressive in nature which means that as your fitness improves, your workout is changed to ensure that you are always being challenged paving the way for your success.

To provide further piece of mind, I will give you access to pictures and videos of each of the exercises I prescribe so you know exactly what you should be doing!

There simply is no guesswork for you to worry about!

2) Individually Tailored Nutritional Plans.

I prefer not to refer to the word diet as diet implies restriction and automatically sets a negative mental state. Healthy eating plans are my preferred term, and that’s exactly what you will receive under my guidance. Many make the mistake of thinking that healthy eating is all about lettuce leaves, and bland, boring foods served in micro portions.

Rest assured, you won’t find that here!Delicious healthy eating plans tailored for you!

I will construct individual healthy eating plans, designed around taste and variety to suit your likes and dislikes. I will teach you about common food mistakes, how food impacts your body and ultimately and how to change your mindset and attitude towards food - for the better!

I can even provide a weekly shopping list so you know what to buy!

3) Far Reaching Psychological techniques.

It is often said that one of our biggest barriers to success is ourselves. This is most certainly true within health and fitness success stories.

Sadly, many personal trainers overlook the importance of the mind in achieving goals and in doing so, sell their clients short! When you employ me as your online personal trainer, you buy into a complete package and a holistic approach to total fitness for the mind and body.

I will teach you strategies that foster self belief, boost confidence and help you to understand your own thought processes. I will also teach you techniques to enhance motivation and overcome personal barriers.

Online Personal Trainer Packages

Package 1:
1 Month - £150

This package allows you to pay one month at a time, and can be great way of seeing how I work and what to expect.

Package 2:
6 Months - £800

Now we're getting more serious! This online personal fitness package is ideal for someone looking to commit to trying a new approach, without the full commitment of a years subscription.

Package 3:
12 Months - £1450

This is where you can make some major savings and changes! This package is a serious investment and a sign of your commitment to change. Within the space of 12 months, an incredible amount of learning can be achieved and your health and fitness can really be taken to the next level! When you take out this package be prepared to embark on a journey, a journey to success!
