On contacting Matt, you will qualify for a FREE face to face, 60 minute consultation. Within this informal chat, he will identify your goals, motivations, likes and dislikes upon which, realistic and obtainable goals can be set.
Your health and fitness can also be assessed which plays a crucial role in enabling you, as the client to see what level you started at, and where your headed.
Matt will be with you through thick and thin, providing continuous support while ensuring the training and fitness methods employed offer the maximum efficiency, while at all times being safe.
